With the search module you can easily find all the listings from the city, county and area you wish to visit. Listings will show you the rental price of selected dates and details of the property. If you found your dream vacation place, use the booking form on the right and complete your reservation.

Listing owner will see your reservation right after you complete the booking. All the payment you have done will be kept in our official bank accounts. When you go to your reserved property you will check it and see if there is a problem with it or not. If there is no problem, we will transfer your payment to home owner. If there is a problem, please contact us and we will find the solution or return your payment.

Travel Time

You are ready for a vacation. We will email you the booking details, owner contact information and payment documents via email but you can also access this info from your dashboard on Evoteli.com

Cancellation Process

All customers has the right to cancel their reservations. Before asking for a cancellation please check the cancellation policy of the property.

Adding Property

After sigin and login to system you have to verify your email and mobile number with provided information. And you are ready to create a new listing. Click on the Add New button on the top right side of the page. Please fill out all the necessary fields and choose clean, high quality and well lighted images for your listing.

Answer your Messages

If a customers likes your place and needs more information, he/she can contact your from our safe messaging system. Be quick to reply these messages and they might be interested in other listings too. Owners who answer the messages get more bookings. Please don't forget that you can not share email addresses, phone numbers and web site links inside the messages.

Confirmed Reservation

After the reservation is confirmed by Evoteli.com you can prepare your property for your visitors. You can send them an email with property rules, details, area information and more useful info to make their stay more pleasant. Try your best to give your visitors a clean and tidy property. Sugar and cream for coffee, a small map of the area, password for the internet connection will make your visitors more happy.

Coordination of Check in

Contact your visitor to tell them where and when you will meet them, how they can find the property. Give them the details of public transportation, airport transfer services and other details which will make their travel easier.

Check Out

It is important for us that your property has no damage after check out. When you meet your visitors for check out, quickly check the property with them for any damages so you can be sure that there is no damage in the property.

Cancellation Process

All owners has the right to cancel a booking. Please contact us if you have to cancel a booking within 24 hours of booking time. Otherwise we will confirm that the booking is valid..

Receiving Payment

We collect payment from visitors via Credit Card, Paypal and Bank Wire transfer. After 24 hours of the visitors check in, we transfer your payment to your accounts.
