All payments received through our web site are kept in our company's official bank accounts which are listed below. If you wish to complete your payment process with bank transfer, please do not forget to type the reservation code and the name, surname into the payment description field during the money transfer. The reservation code can be found in the booking voucher which will be emailed you after your online booking process. It will slow down the confirmation procedure if the payment arrives without booking code and name, surname information in the description.

Transfers made from Turkish bank accounts will show up in our accounts in the same day (business days). We will confirm the payment and booking in the same day of transfer.

It may take 3 to 5 business days to receive international payments in to our accounts. The confirmation for your bookings will be completed as soon as the payment arrives in our accounts.

If you make a bank transfer with a further process date (termed date) we will not be able to see your payment until it arrives to our bank accounts. To the process will take longer in this kind of payments

Also transfers made after 16:00 (4pm) by local time will be completed in next business day by the banks. So please make sure you complete your process before 16:00 otherwise your booking will be processed next day.
