If the customer or the host has a complaint about the Accommodation / Reservation, a notification must be made within 24 hours after entering Evoteli.com.
Where necessary, Evoteli.com mediates all disputes and problems and has the right to make the final decision.
The service fee charged for the Evoteli.com reservation is non-refundable.
All taxes that may arise from the reservation are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
FLEXIBLE All your payments will be refunded for cancellations up to 30 days before the check-in date. No refunds will be made for cancellations made in less than 30 days and a 100% deduction will be applied.
MEDIUM 50% refund for cancellations up to 30 days before your check-in date. No refunds will be made for cancellations made in less than 30 days and a 100% deduction will be applied.
STRICT A 50% refund is given for cancellations up to 60 days prior to your SOLID guest check-in date. No refunds will be made for cancellations made in less than 30 days and a 100% deduction will be applied.
